We believe in bringing women together, having events that push your limits, and physically showing yourself what you're truly capable of. That's why our events exist. They're fun, exciting environments to challenge you and inspire you. Whether it's a lifting event, endurance event, rucking event, or breathwork/cold plunge event - put a date on the calendar and join our community in seeking the edge together.
Compete in squat, bench, and deadlift by working up to a max weight over three attempts - powerlifting style. There will be ALL ages and skill levels involved. If you can lift the bar, you're ready.
Ready to xpand your limits in a completely different way? Train for a 5k, 10k or half-marathon with one of our endure events. The environment will be exciting and community will be one to challenge you to endure one step at a time.
Led by a former Navy Seal & Great Britain Special Forces, our rucking events are a true test of grit, tactics, and mental fortitude to see if you have what it takes to complete.

Nope! We've had women weight lifting and moving for two months all the way to highly season athletes. The ages of our athletes have also ranged from 7 years old to 72 years old. This is a great place for novice lifters or beginners to challenge themselves physically on what they're capable of in an amazing environment.
That is the #1 hesitation that holds women back. We automatically disqualify ourselves because we don't feel like we are "ready yet." If you can lift the bar, you're ready for one of our lifting events. If you can walk the distance, you're ready for one of our endurance events. For the events that do need a certain level of fitness to be there, it will be specified in the specific event info. There will be women of all strength and fitness levels at the event ranging from the bar to 400lbs+. That's what makes our days special - it's all women, all levels and always for a cause.
You betcha! We do have all-women athletes, however, we have many husbands, sons, and male friends come support their favorite female athlete! It's a special day for both parties. Spectators are more than welcome to join and you can purchase pre-sale tickets on the website.
That's progress! It's okay to fail a lit and happens all the time. We tell our athletes that if you push hard enough, you should fail. That allows you to set a goal for the next time. We also have amazing spotters and volunteers to keep you safe while you seek the edge.
