Sponsoring an XYL event means partnering with a mission-driven women’s lifting event that champions courage, community, and impact—while gaining meaningful brand exposure and supporting a local charity through our For the One initiative.
First EVER event of it's kind is our all-women's fitness event weekend to bring women of all ages and skill levels together, challenge them outside of their comfort zone, and show themselves what they're truly capable of. We will have events you can compete in, experiences to join in, and amazing women to meet from our community all around the country.
Women Xpanding Limits Weekend is where strength, grit, and growth collide. Whether you're testing your endurance in the HYROX PFT, throwing down in our all-women’s lifting event, or competing as a hybrid athlete, this weekend is built to challenge you — and change you. Beyond the competition, you’ll experience powerful mindset coaching, connect with experts in health, performance, and purpose, and refuel with our community BBQ + live music. No matter your age, experience, or background, you’ll leave this weekend with more confidence, clarity, and community than ever before.

Yes. XYL events are intentionally designed for all experience levels. Many women participate in their very first event with us. Our events are non-sanctioned, inclusive, and structured to meet you where you’re at—no prior competition experience required.
That is the #1 hesitation that holds women back. We automatically disqualify ourselves because we don't feel like we are "ready yet." If you can lift the bar, you're ready for one of our lifting events. If you can walk the distance, you're ready for one of our endurance events. For the events that do need a certain level of fitness to be there, it will be specified in the specific event info. There will be women of all strength and fitness levels at the event ranging from the bar to 400lbs+. That's what makes our days special - it's all women, all levels and always for a cause.
Yes! Friends, family, and spectators are welcome and encouraged. XYL events are built around community and support, and having people cheer you on only adds to the experience.
That's progress! It's okay to fail a lit and happens all the time. We tell our athletes that if you push hard enough, you should fail. That allows you to set a goal for the next time. We also have amazing spotters and volunteers to keep you safe while you seek the edge.
