Forget convention centers and crowded parking lots.
Most fitness events happen inside four walls. Women Xpanding Limits happens outside a beautiful open property—a one-of-a-kind location where competition, community, and celebration come together in one unforgettable setting.
Spend the day competing, recovering, exploring, watching the sunset and connecting across the property before ending the evening around the bonfire with live music, great food, and hundreds of women celebrating what they accomplished together.

Sponsor a breast cancer survivor to compete or help fund Susan G. Komen's mission through your registration.
Visit the Komen Corner to write handwritten notes of hope for women currently undergoing breast cancer treatment.
Hear survivor stories, learn about breast health and early detection, and discover ways to continue supporting the mission beyond event day.
Help create an unforgettable experience by cheering on athletes, assisting with competitions, and serving our community.
Put your brand in front of hundreds of women while supporting confidence, community, and a great cause.
Absolutely! Nearly half of our athletes are competing for the very first time. Whether you're walking your first 5K, stepping onto a lifting platform, or trying HYROX for the first time, there's a challenge designed for every experience leve
What if I come alone?
You're not alone—many women do.
Women Xpanding Limits is known for its welcoming community. You'll be surrounded by women who will cheer you on, encourage you, and celebrate every finish line. Many of our athletes leave with lifelong friendships.
Which competition should I sign up for?
Choose the challenge that excites you most.
Whether it's the 5K, Push-Pull Lift, HYROX PFT, Hybrid Athlete, or Ultimate Athlete, each event is designed to help you step outside your comfort zone. Still unsure? Reach out—we'd love to help you find the best fit.
Can my family and friends come watch?
Yes! Spectators are welcome all day.
They can cheer you on during your competition, explore the vendor village, enjoy food trucks, walk the farm, and join the evening celebration.
Nope!
Come for your competition or make a day of it. Stay for the vendor village, recovery experiences, speakers, food, bonfire, and live music—or leave whenever you need. We'd love to have you for as much of the day as you're able to enjoy.
Bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude.
We'll send every registered athlete a detailed event guide before race day with everything you need to know.
What happens if it rains?
We'll communicate any schedule adjustments if severe weather requires changes.
Is there parking?
Yes! Free parking is available for athletes and spectators and we will shuttle those to the exact venue from parking. We will share more details in the athlete packet and info.
What if I'm nervous?
That's exactly why this event exists.
Every woman standing on that start line once wondered if she belonged. Courage doesn't come after confidence—it comes before it. Your job isn't to have it all figured out. Your job is simply to take the first step.
We'll be there to cheer you on every step of the way.
We do not accept refund requests, but you are more than able to substitute an athlete in your place or credit your purchase towards a future event. If there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us and let us know.

One year from now...
You won't remember the Saturday you stayed home.
You'll remember the finish line.
The women you met.
The courage you found.
The confidence you built.
The moment you realized you were capable of more.
Whether this is your first competition or your fiftieth...
You belong here.
