I was once in that position, doing cardio, eating “healthy,” and strength training but still frustrated. Hiring a coach transformed my approach; I learned about the right macronutrients and effective training, leading to real results and freedom in my fitness journey.

These goals are achievable with the right plan, effort, and a supportive team. Our coaching takes the guesswork out by providing personalized 1-on-1 coaching. We tailor your macronutrients and strength training to help you progress effectively. This program equips you to step into your 3.0 version.

As a result of my own journey, I founded XYL that challenges people outside of their comfort zone to unlock their full potential and coaches women all around the country in their nutrition, fitness, and mindset.

My unique approach to fitness has helped hundreds of women get results, grow their mindset, and become strong, confident versions of themselves. Last year I created and completed a national campaign called Mission48, where l completed 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in 48 days to raise money for ROX, Ruling Our Experiences, a 501c(3) that develops confident girls who control their own relationships, experiences, decisions, and futures.

My goal is to inspire people to do hard things, push their limits and build true self-confidence.

What is it?

Our XYL Coaching is a 1:1 individualized 6-month program tailored specifically to you. Work with a coach to get your macronutrients, exercises, adjustments, and mindset keys to reach your goals.

Who is it for?

It is for women at any age or experience level that has a desire to become the fittest version of themselves physically and mentally. It works for anyone that will put in the work regardless of your knowledge or previous experience. We've worked with ages 20 to mid-70s and specialize in specific training/nutrition for women.

Where does it happen?

XYL Coaching is hosted online with access to your 1on1 coach via our mobile app, weekly check-ins, live team calls, & online community. You work with your coach online on your own time. We do have in-person retreats and events to bring the community together throughout the year.

How does it work?

You work 1on1 with your coach to work towards your goals. They will provide you with a custom nutrition and training plan that is specific to you and your body and be there to communicate daily with you. Throughout each week your coach will work with you to make the adjustments needed as you get results.

When does it start?

Our 1on1 Coaching starts the moment you say yes toward your goals. Our team will get you onboarded ASAP and you will have a kick off call with your coach shortly thereafter. Our programs are 6 month or 12 month options to guarantee your success towards your goals.

What are next steps?

Next steps are apply and schedule a call with our team. On that call we will clarify your goals and make sure we are a great fit to help you reach them. You will then be onboarded and ready to start towards the fittest version of you!

How XYL Coaching Works

To reach your goals effectively and efficiently, it's about customizing a plan that works exactly for you. This is where our XYL Coaching comes in with an individualized approach and teaching the why behind it all so you

feel in control of your body and fitness - for life.

1on1 Coach

Your dedicated coach is certified in nutrition and fitness, while also having years of experience coaching women to reach their goals. We carry small rosters for a reason because each of our clients gets our full attention to make adjustments to you plan and support you in the process.

Weekly Check-Ins & Monthly Coaching Calls

Your body and macros will change over time, so weekly check-ins are crucial to make the adjustments to help reach your goals. You will receive a video from your coach weekly on any adjustments and feedback. You will also have a 1on1 call with your coach monthly to connect and discuss progress and goals.

Custom Training Program In XYL App

You will have the guesswork taken out of training by having a custom built out training program that you are able log weights, see technique videos, send form feedback, and give feedback on workouts. Your coach will build your program out to align with your goals.

Custom Macronutrient Goals & Phases

Your macro goals should change over time as well as the macro phase that your body is in the reach your body composition and performance goals. We will educate extensively on reverse dieting, building, and more to enable your body to thrive externally and internally.

Bi-Weekly Team Calls

Education and community are important here. Each week our team hosts a community team call educating on a topic in nutrition, training or mindset. This allows our XYL community to come together from all over the country and grow our minds as we grow our body.

6 Days/Week Support

When you level up to your 3.0 self there will be some challenges or adversity. This is where your support comes in. You have access to your coach 6 days/week via our XYL app to ask questions, talk through challenges, and get the support you need to become the 3.0 you.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I expect results?

We believe in lifestyle shifts, not quick-fixes that leave people frustrated, exhausted, and the same spot where they started. With that being said, results are dependent on each person's commitment, history of dieting/nutrition, and execution. I tell everyone it took you longer than 12-weeks to get here, it's going to take you longer than 12-weeks to see the final results. However, you can (and will) make progress in that timeframe. Our goal is for you to leave feeling the fittest you have while feeling in control of you know how to gain muscle, lean out, or make progress long term on your own. Our clients that are truly bought into that process see the best results and do get to that place where they don't need us, but want us.

What if I workout from home?

Our 1on1 program is completely customizable to where you are at and what will help you achieve your goals. We can program for you with what you have at home and available to you. Whether you have some dumbbells or a fully built out gym, we can work with what you have available.

How much does this cost?

This is an investment for you to feel freedom in your nutrition and training long term since you are working very closely with your 1on1 coach. This is not a "give you a program and talk to you 1x/month." We keep rosters small for that reason to give the time, energy, and communication you deserve. Our programs range from $300/month-$1,000/month. We do have pay in full and payment plans available. We do not want finances to be a barrier in bettering yourself, so if this is not in your range please see our training app for programs and education that will help you along your journey.

Meet Your Coaches

Kelsey Lensman

Kelsey Lensman is the founder of XYL and loves to help women tap into the 3.0 version of themselves. She graduated from Ohio State with a degree in sports medicine, while also being certified in hormone education and nutrition. Her biggest struggle in her journey was nutrition and understanding what worked for her body. For years she was undereating without realizing and when she finally hired a coach the puzzle pieces were able to be put together. Since then she's been passionate about helping others like her feel in control of their body.

She as competed in bodybuilding, powerlifting, powerbuilding, olympic lifting, obstacle courses, and running.

Shelby Gonyo

Shelby Gonyo is a personal trainer, coach and all around dog lover. She was a previous client to XYL and found her passion for helping others step into their full potential. Shelby knows what it takes to go from doing the “right” things and being frustrated to working smart in her nutrition and fitness to achieve her goals. She previously had low back pain that she worked with Kelsey. After going through the low back program, she was able to deadlift without pain and reach new levels in her fitness. She didn't know anything about the macro phases and since then she's been able to feel in control of her fitness. She's tapped into the strongest version of her and knows how empowering that feels.

She is a competitive bodybuilder and all-around athlete.
