Is XYL Strength good for beginners?
Yes. XYL Strength is designed for all experience levels. When you join, you’ll complete a short intake form so a coach can place you into a program that matches your goals, experience, and schedule—whether you’re newer to strength training or have trained before.
How many days per week do I need to train?
Most programs are designed for 3–5 days per week, with flexibility built in. You’ll have clear weekly guidance so you can adjust based on your schedule while still making progress.
Do I need gym access to do XYL Strength?
No. XYL Strength includes gym-based and at-home options. Your intake form helps us understand what equipment you have access to so your program fits your environment.
Is nutrition coaching included?
XYL Strength includes simple guidance around hydration, protein intake, and recovery habits to support your training. It does not include fully customized nutrition plans or macro tracking. For deeper, personalized nutrition support, 1:1 coaching is available.
What if I want more personalized support?
