I’m Kelsey Lensman—sports medicine graduate from The Ohio State University, lifelong athlete, and founder of Xpand Your Limits. I originally planned to go the physical therapy route, but after stepping into my first bodybuilding prep, everything changed. I realized that true transformation doesn’t just happen in the body—it happens in the mind, and it starts when you learn how to train with purpose.
Since then, I’ve pushed my own limits through bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and endurance challenges like a 100-mile ultra and Mission48—where I competed in 48 fitness events in 48 states in 48 days to show what’s possible when women believe in themselves.
These programs are built on everything I’ve learned from years in the gym, in competition, and in the trenches coaching women: smart programming, injury prevention, proper form, and the mindset to back it up. My goal is to help you train with confidence, ditch the guesswork, and build lasting strength—physically and mentally.

Do I need a gym membership?
Most of our programs are designed for gym access, but we do have options for home or minimal-equipment setups. Each course includes full equipment guidance so you know exactly what you need.
What makes these different from other training programs?
These aren’t just “follow-along” workouts. We teach you how to train with intention—covering form, technique, mindset, and how to progress over time. You’ll build not only strength but knowledge that lasts.
What if I’ve never lifted before?
Perfect. We are going to launch an Intro to Lifting program is built just for you—walking you through the basics, removing the guesswork, and helping you feel confident and capable in the gym.
Will I get coaching or feedback?
Some programs include optional coaching support or feedback opportunities. If you want direct coaching, check out our 1-on-1 coaching or group support options.
How do I access the program once I buy?
