Who are these programs for?

Our programs are for women of all experience levels—whether you're brand new to lifting, getting back into it, or ready to take your training to the next level. We’ll teach you how to train smart and build lasting confidence in and out of the gym.

Do I need a gym membership?

Most of our programs are designed for gym access, but we do have options for home or minimal-equipment setups. Each course includes full equipment guidance so you know exactly what you need.

What makes these different from other training programs?

These aren’t just “follow-along” workouts. We teach you how to train with intention—covering form, technique, mindset, and how to progress over time. You’ll build not only strength but knowledge that lasts.

What if I’ve never lifted before?

Perfect. We are going to launch an Intro to Lifting program is built just for you—walking you through the basics, removing the guesswork, and helping you feel confident and capable in the gym.

Will I get coaching or feedback?

Some programs include optional coaching support or feedback opportunities. If you want direct coaching, check out our 1-on-1 coaching or group support options.
