This is where the challenges begin. Throughout the day, athletes will take on the Women's 5K, Push-Pull Meet, HYROX PFT, Hybrid divisions, and Ultimate Athlete competition. While you're waiting for your event—or after you've finished—you can enjoy everything else the festival has to offer.

5:00p - Awards Ceremony
We'll recognize outstanding performances, celebrate personal victories, and honor every woman who chose to step outside her comfort zone.
For the Awards Ceremony:
We will have division awards for each competition.
If you compete in the morning you're welcome to come back to enjoy the awards ceremony and post-event celebration

5:15p -8p - Music & Celebration
As the competitions come to a close, the experience is just getting started. Gather with hundreds of incredible women to celebrate the courage, accomplishments, and memories made throughout the day. Whether you're staying for an hour or the entire evening, this is where the Women Xpanding Limits community comes together.

Who can participate?
Whether you're a first-time competitor or a seasoned athlete, there's a place for you. We offer multiple competitions and divisions designed for all experience levels. If you're willing to challenge yourself, you're exactly who this event is for.
Can my family and friends come?
Absolutely! Spectators are encouraged and are a huge part of the atmosphere. They'll enjoy the competitions, Vendor Village, food trucks, live music, bonfire, recovery area, and everything happening throughout the festival.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:
Comfortable athletic clothing
Running shoes (if you're 5k or HYROX)
Water bottle
Cash/card for vendors and food trucks
A friend (highly encouraged!)
Yes! Free on-site parking is available for all athletes and spectators. Parking attendants will help direct you when you arrive.
What happens if it rains?
Rain or shine, Women Xpanding Limits is happening! We'll communicate any schedule adjustments if weather impacts outdoor portions of the festival.

This meet is non-sanctioned and open to ALL levels; our non-showcase meets (like this one) do not include weigh-in's like traditional powerlifting meets. Divisions are based on honest self-selection of lifter's experience level.
THE LIFTING MEET

3 Main Lifts: Lifters will compete in squat, bench, and deadlift in a powerlifting meet-style manner.
3 Attempts: Each lifter will have 3 attempts at both lifts to reach their maximum lift on each movement
Total Score Combined: The highest lift of EACH lift will be combined for the scoring
All women of All Levels: We've had ages 7 to 72 years old and women lifting the bar to 500+lbs

You will do your first attempt at your weight preselected
Next, you will go to the scores table where they will help you select your 2nd attempt weight (same for your 3rd attempt)
Warm ups for your next lift will happen while the other flights are up.
