Join us for an intentional afternoon focused on clarity, direction, and alignment as we step into 2026 together.

OPERATION SEAL

A guided experience led by a former Navy SEAL—designed to test resilience.

LED BY A FORMER NAVY SEAL

Led by former Navy SEAL Cadre Andy, Operation SEAL is a high-intensity, assessment-style experience designed to test resilience, composure, and teamwork under pressure. A group of 20 women will be challenged through a series of physically and mentally demanding evolutions inspired by SEAL training principles.

Participants will carry a rucksack, operate as a unit, and be evaluated on grit, discipline, communication, and the ability to perform when uncomfortable and fatigued. This is not about racing—it’s about how you show up when standards are high and quitting feels easier.

Operation SEAL is not for everyone.
Do you have the mental toughness, teamwork, and resolve to meet the standard?

OUR MISSION AT XYL

At Xpand Your Limits (XYL), our mission is to help women step beyond self-doubt and into who they were created to be through challenge, community, and intentional growth. We believe confidence is built through action, courage is developed outside of comfort, and real transformation happens through small, consistent commitments that compound over time. Through training, events, coaching, and shared experiences, XYL creates spaces where women learn to trust themselves, strengthen both body and mind, and pursue growth with clarity, faith, and purpose—one degree at a time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is Operation SEAL?

Operation SEAL is a SEAL-inspired, assessment-style experience led by a former Navy SEAL. Participants are tested through physically and mentally demanding, team-based evolutions focused on resilience, composure, decision-making, and leadership under pressure.

Do I need prior military or tactical experience?

No military experience is required. However, this is a high-standard environment. You should be physically capable, mentally tough, and willing to be challenged, evaluated, and pushed outside your comfort zone.

Is this a competition or a team-based challenge?

You will carry a rucksack, complete demanding tasks, follow instructions precisely, and operate while uncomfortable and fatigued. Mental toughness, teamwork, and adaptability matter just as much as physical strength.

Do I need to be part of XYL to attend?

No—this event is open to anyone who resonates with the XYL mission and wants to grow in a supportive, encouraging environment. All are welcome.

What should I wear or bring?

Participants should arrive prepared for physically demanding, outdoor-based evolutions.

Rucksack (required)

Water (adequate supply to stay hydrated throughout the event)

Food/snacks to fuel sustained effort

Comfortable athletic clothing suitable for movement and varying conditions

Durable footwear (running shoes or trail shoes recommended)

Weather-appropriate layers

Any personal medical needs (inhaler, EpiPen, etc.)

This is a performance-based environment—pack light, pack smart, and come ready to operate under pressure.
