Kelsey Lensman

I didn’t build Xpand Your Limits because I had everything figured out.
I built it because I know what it feels like to want more — and not know where to start.

Through my own journey of extreme physical challenges, deep personal growth, and years of coaching women, I realized something powerful: most of us are far more capable than we believe — we just need the right environment to discover it.

XYL exists to give women the structure, support, and challenge I once needed myself — so growth doesn’t feel overwhelming or lonely.

This isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about expanding more - together.
