Do I need a gym?

Nope. You'll get both gym-based and at-home versions of the workouts — so you can train anywhere, anytime.

How long are the workouts?

Most sessions are 45-60 minutes, with strength + conditioning combined for maximum efficiency.

Is this just physical training?

Not even close. XYL Train includes weekly mindset drops and prompts to help you build the mental strength to match your physical strength.

What happens after I join?

You’ll get instant access to the app, your first training calendar, mindset content, and the XYL online community — everything you need to get started strong. Our program will start May 26th, 2025 for a 6-week Summer Strong block!

What if I need more accountability or personalized support?
