01. What is it?

It’s a high-energy team workout where we train hard, encourage louder, and grow stronger together. After the lift, we refuel with post-workout protein shakes and hang out for community time. It’s completely free — no experience needed, just show up ready to move, connect, and have fun.

It’s a high-energy, group workout designed to push your limits, build strength, and foster real community. We finish with protein shakes and connection time. It’s always free — just bring yourself.

Do I need to sign up?

Register above and — just show up! But feel free to bring a friend or two.

Do I need to be “in shape” to come?

Not at all. Whether it’s your first workout or your hundredth, this is for all levels. Our coaches will guide you and offer modifications if needed.

What should I wear?

Wear athletic clothes you can move in and gym shoes. Bring a water bottle and a good attitude!

What should I bring?

Just yourself, water, and maybe a towel if you tend to sweat! We’ve got the rest covered.

How long does it last?

About 60–75 minutes including the workout, post-lift shakes, and community time.

Is it really free?

Yes — 100% free. No catch. Just show up and be part of the team.
