Come hang out with expert breathwork coach Brian Peters, former NFL player and founder of Breathing for Performance, as he teaches us how to use our breath to calm our nervous system and build resilience. Afterward, we’ll dive into a cold plunge and sauna party to put those breathwork skills to the test and boost our dopamine levels for an epic recharge! Cold plunge and sauna is optional*

Yes, cold plunges are generally safe and can have numerous benefits, such as reducing inflammation, boosting circulation, and improving mood. However, if you’re pregnant, have a heart condition, or have any specific health concerns, it's always a good idea to consult with your doctor before participating.
For breathwork, you’ll want to wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely—think loose clothes or workout gear. For the cold plunge and sauna, you'll need a swimsuit or something you feel comfortable in. It’s also a good idea to bring a towel, flip-flops, and a change of clothes for after the event. The sauna can get quite hot, so wearing light, breathable clothing is best.
What if I’ve never tried breathwork, cold plunges, or saunas before?
No worries at all! These experiences are all about personal growth and self-discovery. You don’t need any prior experience. The breathwork session will be guided step-by-step, so you’ll feel supported the whole way through. For the cold plunge and sauna, we encourage you to listen to your body and take things at your own pace. The goal is to challenge yourself, but also listen to your body. Everyone is on their own journey!
