Led by former Navy SEAL Cadre Andy, Operation SEAL will push a group of 20 women to their limits in a unique way. While each individual is required to carry a rucksack, participants will work together as a team to conquer a series of demanding tasks. This event is a rucking and military style event focused on challenging you to push your limits and work together to achieve the assigned tasks by a former Navy SEAL. You will be required to wear a ruck (backpack or rucksack dependent on bodyweight) while completing the tasks given. This will challenge you in a unique way that will require grit, strength, and teamwork.
160lbs or above bodyweight: 30lb weight in ruck
<160lbs: 20lb weight in ruck

This is for any girl or woman 14 years or older who is looking for a unique challenge. To register, you must be able to ruck with a 30lb rucksack.

8 minute ruck (walk) with 20lb or 30lb in backpack
12 minute AMRAP
10 walking lunges each side with 15lb dumbbells
10 DB push press with 15lbs in both hands
15 ab flutter kicks (1/1, 2/2, 3/3, etc)
CASH OUT:
8 minute ruck (walk) with 20lb or 30lb in backpack
If you can complete the workout and get at least 2 rounds in the AMRAP, you are ready
Yes! While it will challenge you, these events are about teamwork, mental toughness, and perseverance, not just raw strength or speed. Many participants are beginners, and you’ll always have your team to support you. The events are as much about building camaraderie and resilience as they are about physical endurance. Just be ready to push yourself, but know you can do it.

Operation SEAL events are designed to challenge you physically and mentally. The difficulty can vary depending on the event and your fitness level, but you’ll be pushed to your limits in terms of endurance, teamwork, and problem-solving. The key is to remember that it's not just about being fast or strong—it's about working as a team and pushing through together. You don’t need to be a top athlete to complete this, but you’ll definitely need determination and grit.
